How to make graduation cap dessert bites
We gathered ingredients. We used President's Choice mini caramel cups, sour belts (cut in strips for the tassles), rainbow candy coated chocolate sprinkles, chocolate covered graham wafer cookies and chocolate melting discs.

We used small bamboo skewers and stuck them into the caramel cups. Don't push too hard or they will crack.
Then we placed them on the foil covered styrofam board.
We melted the chocolate discs and used skewers to apply a small line of chocolate to the top and side of the graham wafer. We let it set a few seconds and the put a dollop of melted chocolate on the top of the caramel cup and applied the cookie. We let that set too and them added a small bead of melted chocolate and added the candy coated chocolate sprinkle for the final touch!
